Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Branch Sales Manager at Ahalia FinForex Limited. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily branch operations, managing branch staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, managing loan processing, handling foreign currency exchange services, and promoting wealth management and insurance products. The role also involves regular reporting to higher management and contributing to the strategic goals of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch operations, managing staff, and customer relationship management
• Ability to achieve sales targets and plan business development strategies
• Knowledge of loan processing, foreign currency exchange, and money transfer services
• Familiarity with wealth management, equity broking, mutual funds, ticketing, travel, and insurance services
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Relevant industry experience or a background in financial services is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is desirable
