Ahalia FinForex offers a range of services including gold loans, car loans, property loans, secured business loans, foreign currency exchange, money transfer services (domestic and international), wealth management services, ticketing and travel services, and insurance services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, and Branch Sales Managers, located in Kochi. The responsibilities include overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role will also involve maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, handling customer inquiries and issues, developing branch business strategies, and ensuring the efficient functioning of branch services.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing branch operations and leading a team
• Customer service and sales skills
• Strong understanding of financial products and services such as loans, foreign currency exchange, and wealth management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
