**Job Title:** Branch Manager Agency Channel
**Location:** Chennai – Annanagar
**CTC:** Up to 13 LPA
**Age Criteria:** Below 40–42 Years
**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced and high-performing **Branch Manager – Agency Channel** to lead, manage, and drive business growth for our Chennai (Annanagar) branch. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Life Insurance sales and team leadership, especially within the **Agency or Banca channel**.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive sales targets and business growth through the Agency Channel.
* Recruit, mentor, develop, and manage a team of Agency Managers and advisors.
* Monitor day-to-day branch operations to ensure performance and productivity.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
* Implement strategic business plans, promotional activities, and performance reviews.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and ethical practices.
* Deliver an excellent customer and advisor experience through support and engagement.
**Required Experience & Skills**
Minimum **5–6 years of experience** in Life Insurance (Agency/Banca channel preferred).
At least **1–2 years of team handling experience** (mandatory).
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to drive recruitment and team development initiatives.
