** Role Overview**

The Branch Manager – Agency is responsible for driving business growth through recruitment, training, and development of insurance advisors and agency partners. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing branch operations, and ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.

** Key Responsibilities**

* Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing insurance advisors.

* Drive insurance sales through the agency channel while ensuring monthly targets are met.

* Motivate advisors through regular training, meetings, and performance reviews.

* Achieve branch sales targets and ensure strong business growth.

* Monitor and track advisor performance and ensure high levels of productivity.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.

* Manage overall branch operations efficiently.

** Required Skills & Qualifications**

* Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Life Insurance (Agency channel preferred).

* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage large advisor teams.

* Good knowledge of the local market in Bangalore, especially Kammanhalli area.

* Ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving business goals.

* Graduation is mandatory.
