Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Branch Manager for our Kottayam branch. The Branch Manager will lead daily operations, oversee the counselling team, and ensure smooth execution of student admissions. This role requires a balance of leadership, business development, and operational management to drive branch growth while maintaining Eduworld’s high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve targets
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflows
• Oversee student counselling processes to maintain quality standards
• Drive local marketing and business development initiatives
• Maintain relationships with educational institutions and key stakeholders
• Prepare and present branch performance reports to management

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills (spoken & written)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to meet targets and work in a results-driven environment
• Prior experience in overseas education or education management is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
