Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop and implement strategies to meet organizational goals, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring and improving branch performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Experience in Debt Management, Banking Collection, and Recoveries
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
Ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
