Job Description

Sales Branch Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and quarterly branch sales targets.
Drive walk-ins, conversions, and revenue through effective sales strategies.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions when required.

2. Team Management

Lead, motivate, and guide the sales and customer service team.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity across the team.

3. Client Relationship Management

Ensure excellent customer experience at the branch.
Handle escalations, feedback, and client retention activities.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.

4. Operations & Coordination

Oversee smooth branch operations in coordination with HR, finance, and marketing teams.
Ensure proper documentation, billing, and reporting procedures.
Maintain hygiene, ambiance, and brand standards of the branch.

5. Marketing & Promotions

Execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase walk-ins.
Support corporate campaigns and track ROI of local initiatives.

6. Reporting & Analysis

Submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Analyze sales trends and suggest strategies for improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
