Job Description

Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Vecura Wellness Clinics

Job Purpose:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the wellness clinic branch, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, achievement of sales and revenue targets, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day branch Sales & Operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve business objectives.
Drive sales and revenue growth through effective client engagement and service promotions.
Maintain strong client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and ensure profitability of the branch.
Plan and execute local marketing activities to promote wellness programs.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service quality standards are maintained at all times.
Prepare and submit periodic performance and financial reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Management, Healthcare, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in branch/retail/ (wellness, healthcare, or hospitality preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
Ability to meet targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
