Job Description

As a Branch Manager at Vcare, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, sales performance, and staff management of a branch office. Your role will involve driving sales growth, managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets. - Manage branch operations, team, and customer relationships effectively. - Ensure compliance and risk management within the branch. - Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and key metrics. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in sales (B2C). - Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a branch or retail environment. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and make informed decisions. - Knowledge of financial management and branch operations.
