Branch Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the operations, sales performance, and staff management of a branch office as a Branch Manager with a sales background. Your duties will include driving sales growth, managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets. - Manage branch operations, team, and customer relationships effectively. - Ensure compliance and risk management procedures are followed. - Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and key metrics.
