Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Varanasi. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and work to meet sales and growth targets. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing strategies to improve overall business performance, managing budgets, supervising loan applications, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in management roles, preferably within the financial services industry Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong understanding of financial products and services Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff Ability to develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets Financial analysis and budget management skills Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the finance sector Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Proficiency in local language(s) is beneficial Show more Show less
