-Develop business plans targeting HNI prospects and key performance areas
-Lead, guide, and support SMs and RDMs to achieve business targets
-Monitor recruitment quality and ensure effective advisor onboarding
-Track key metrics like Persistency, Product Mix, and Claims
-Collaborate with ABMs/BRDMs to drive conversions and meet goals
-Ensure smooth execution of sales and development plans
-Graduation is mandatory
-7-10 years of experience in insurance sales
-Certifications such as 1ll will be an added advantage
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
-Able to manage a team of 8-10 sales managers
-Strong exposure to the agency mode
-Domain expert and able to take strateaic business decisions
