Vellore, Kanchipuram, Attur, Chithambaram.

Position: Branch Manager – Agency Sales (Partner/APC Model)

Experience: 8–10 years in sales/insurance/financial services

Age: Below 40 years

Education: Graduation (10th + 12th + 3-year degree is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve branch business targets by building a high-performing, sustainable distribution network.

Lead and manage a team of Business Associate Managers; ensure effective team performance and business outcomes.

Drive strategic initiatives and digital adoption to enhance productivity and business efficiency.

Monitor branch operations, manage costs, and ensure smooth business functioning.

Foster strong relationships with business partners and ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

Build a high-growth, successful distribution unit across assigned locations.
