Branch Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient gold loan processing and customer service. Oversee sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to gold appraisal, loan disbursement, and health insurance services. Foster strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries promptly. Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory management, and branch operations. Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of gold loan processes, including appraisal techniques and regulations. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
