Job Description

The Branch Manager holds the responsibility for overseeing the administration and daily operations of a full-service branch office in an efficient manner. This includes managing operations, lending activities, product sales, customer service, and ensuring security and safety measures are implemented in alignment with the co-operative's objectives. In this role, you will be tasked with developing new deposit and loan business opportunities, fostering strong customer relations, and cultivating a sales and service-oriented culture within the branch. Through coaching, guidance, and motivation of staff, you will work towards achieving individual and branch sales targets by generating new business, leveraging referrals, and maintaining existing account relationships. As a leader, you will provide direction, training, and supervision to the branch team, delegating operational responsibilities to the Operations Officer or other personnel as needed. Your role will also involve actively participating in sales management activities to meet the established goals of the co-operative and the branch. Overall, the Branch Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success of the branch through effective leadership, strategic sales initiatives, and a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.,
