Job Description

The Assistant Branch Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer service within the branch. Your responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. You will be tasked with fostering a sales-oriented culture by implementing cross-selling initiatives and providing product knowledge training to the branch staff. You will be responsible for managing audit controls, security measures, and physical maintenance within the branch. In addition to operational tasks, you will also be involved in representing the cooperative in external organizations to enhance its public image. Your role will involve promoting the cooperative's values and services to the community at large. Overall, as the Assistant Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the branch's performance to its maximum potential through effective leadership, customer service, and operational management.,
