The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure the achievement of sales and business targets, manage and mentor the branch staff, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
