Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puducherry for a Branch Manager at SHRIRAM GENERAL INSURANCE CO. LTD.. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing business strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and meeting sales targets. The role includes organizing training sessions, handling customer queries, and maintaining healthy client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, leadership, and staff training
• Knowledge in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
• Skills in regulatory compliance, industry knowledge, and operational efficiency
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in the insurance sector is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and within a team
