Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Kolkata. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. This role also includes maintaining branch budgets, implementing business strategies, and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Branch Manager will ensure adherence to company policies and standards while driving the branch's success. Qualifications Leadership and managerial skills, including team management and staff development Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management Strong organizational and budgeting abilities Knowledge of solar products and the renewable energy sector is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make informed decisions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Prior experience in a branch managerial role is preferred
