Job Summary:

The Branch Manager Sales is responsible for driving the overall sales performance and operational efficiency of the branch. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth branch operations in alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing sales teams and business growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance Management

  • Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue, market share, and brand visibility.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives to expand the customer base.
  1. Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve branch and individual performance objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Identify skill gaps and ensure continuous learning and professional development.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and employee engagement.
  1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through prompt issue resolution and quality service delivery.
  • Focus on client retention while proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  1. Branch Operations and Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency in sales, administration, and logistics.
  • Manage budgets effectively, control branch expenses, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline branch activities.
  1. Reporting and Business Analysis

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and branch activities to senior management.
  • Provide accurate forecasts based on market insights and historical performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and adherence to company policies in all sales operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 58 years of experience in sales management, preferably in branch or regional leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools.
