Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, branch management, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility

Achieve sales targets while maintaining high-quality portfolio standards.

Lead a team of Loan Officers/Field Staff to meet business objectives.

Ensure efficient collection processes and regular customer repayments.

Design and implement effective collection strategies to avoid risky areas.

Conduct regular field visits to guide and motivate staff.

Track repayment from regular customers and follow up on delinquent, non-starters, and fraud cases.

Maintain proper branch maintenance, including registers and documents, to handle compliance, audit, legal, admin, HR, and other issues.

Identify training needs based on market trends and new opportunities, ensuring resource optimization.

Guide the team to enhance First Time Right (FTR) and TAT while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Maintain a brand-aligned branch, ensuring effective brand retention and recall among all customers.

Ensure adherence to all system and process guidelines set by Senior Management.

Train staff on company products and processes.

Job

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, branch management, or a related field.

Possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Demonstrate the ability to design and implement effective collection strategies.

Exhibit excellent tracking and monitoring skills.

Be capable of guiding teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Have knowledge of compliance, audit, legal, admin, HR, and other relevant aspects of branch management.
