Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in managing teams and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Coach and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving growth.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve complex issues.
Experience in the BFSI sector, preferably in a similar role as a Branch Manager.
