As a last-mile distributor of comprehensive financial services, RBL FinServe provides loans and savings products to low-income households and micro-entrepreneurs. Currently, RBL Finserve operates over 900 branches across 18+ states and Union Territories, with a strong team of more than 10,000 employees.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandya for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle financial transactions. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, monitoring and evaluating branch performance, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Qualifications

Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient in financial planning and analysis
Experience with loans, savings products, and microfinance
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the banking sector is a plus
