Job Description

Role Overview: As a Branch Manager at this company, your role will involve overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. You will be the key person responsible for managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing supervisory reports and taking corrective actions where necessary, overseeing the performance of other employees, managing daily operations to meet business goals, and guiding a team of professionals to maximize revenue. Additionally, you will be required to develop a safe and positive work environment, ensure customer satisfaction, and build strong relationships with potential clients for new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Review supervisory reports and take corrective actions as needed - Oversee the performance of employees in the branch - Manage daily operations to meet business goals - Supervise and guide a team to maximize revenue - Develop a safe and positive work environment - Ensure customer satisfaction through timely services - Regularly visit clients - Develop relationships with potential clients for new business opportunities - Analyze capital budget and expenses for cost-effectiveness - Develop business plans for optimal resource and time usage - Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training staff - Develop marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility - Stay updated on competition, market trends, and potential opportunities - Organize meetings with management to discuss business updates - Train staff on responsibilities, brand promotion, and customer service - Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans - Recommend improvements to existing business procedures - Address customer issues and queries promptly - Ensure no revenue leakages within the branch - Maintain quality assurance in all aspects of business - Validate invoices/estimates for clients and caregiver stipend requests - Handle client escalations and caregiver schedules - Manage training of candidates at the training center - Focus on quality-of-service delivery Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree Note: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund, day shift schedule, performance bonus, yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of managerial experience, proficiency in Malayalam and English languages, and be willing to work in person at the assigned location.,
