Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and implementing branch strategies to meet business objectives. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for compliance, staff development, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing branch operations and team leadership
• Strong sales acumen and experience in achieving sales targets
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
