Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Equity Sales Manager and Team Leaders, based in Kolkata. The Equity Sales Manager have to open demat A/c from their own source, have to bring investments and have to achieve monthly revenue target. They can sell insurance also. Team Leaders will be responsible for recruiting their own team (minimum 5 members) , responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales executives. Responsibilities also include maintaining client relationships, identifying and targeting potential clients, providing investment advice, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach to market trends and client needs, ensuring the delivery of tailored financial solutions.

• Experience in developing sales strategies and managing sales teams
• Excellent client relationship management and networking skills
