Branch Manager NBFC

Reports To: Head of sales Department: Sales Job Type: Full-Time Job Sum y: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, administration, business development, and profitability of the NBFC branch
This role involves managing a team, ensuring high customer isfaction, driving loan disbursals, maintaining credit quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Drive branch-level business targets for loan products (eg personal loans, gold loans, SME loans, vehicle loans, etc) Identify and acquire new customers through local keting, field visits, and relationshipbuilding Develop and implement strategies to expand the branchs customer base and increase revenue Team Management Lead and manage branch staff, including sales officers, credit officers, and customer service executives Train, motivate, and itor staff performance to achieve individual and branch targets Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and on-the-job training Operations & Customer Service Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring seamless service delivery Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer grievances effectively Ensure timely processing of applications, disbursements, and collections Credit & Risk Management Ensure proper documentation, credit appraisal, and risk assessment for loan applications itor portfolio quality and ensure timely collections and recovery of dues Minimize NPAs (Non-Performing Assets) by maintaining high credit discipline and follow-upspliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to internal policies, RBI and NBFC regulatory guidelines Maintain proper documentation and records as per audit and compliance standards Generate and submit periodic reports on branch performance, disbursements, collections, and NPAs
