Job Description

As a Branch Manager at PREMIUM FINLEASE PVT. LTD., you will play a key role in leading and managing branch operations within our Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) setup, with a focus on Microfinance Institutions (MFI) and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Karnal. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficiency, profitability, and compliance of branch operations, driving business growth and upholding the organization's mission of financial inclusion in underserved markets. Your role will involve overseeing daily branch activities, monitoring performance metrics such as loan disbursements and collections, and implementing policies to optimize operations and maintain regulatory compliance. You will lead a team of field officers, loan officers, and support staff, setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and identifying training needs to enhance their skills. In terms of business development, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve branch targets, identifying new markets, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also oversee credit appraisal processes, monitor loan portfolios, ensure timely collections, and manage customer relationships effectively to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Your success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators such as loan disbursement and collection targets, growth in customer base and loan portfolio, reduction in Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and delinquency rates, as well as employee performance and retention rates. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, preparing accurate reports, and facilitating audits. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in NBFC/MFI/MSME operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You should have a proven track record of achieving business growth, managing teams, and possess technical skills in Loan Management Systems (LMS), CRM tools, and financial analysis software.
