Job Description

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operations of a particular branch. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Hiring, training, and evaluating branch employees - Setting and achieving the branch's business goals - Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and adheres to the organization's policies - Preparing and managing the branch's budget - Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors, and the community - Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch - Handling day-to-day operations of the branch - Developing and attaining sales goals - Managing and retaining staff - Conducting training and development for the staff - Managing day-to-day accounts and finance updates - Reporting to the head office Qualifications Required: - Graduation/ Post Graduation Experience: - 2-3 years in Nidhi/NBFC/Insurance mandatory Skills Required: - Good communication and managerial skills - Ability to manage and coordinate with the team - Strong leadership qualities - Goal-oriented mindset For any inquiries or to apply, please contact the employer at +91 9288061202 or +91 7907556068.
