Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth for the Micro LAP product in the assigned area. This involves sourcing loans through direct channels, connectors, Direct Selling Agents (DSA), and the open market.
Team Management:
Recruit, manage, motivate, and train a team of sales executives and officers to meet their targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide leadership to maximize team performance.
Portfolio & Risk Management:
Ensure the achievement of disbursement targets while minimizing delinquency. Oversee the collections process, manage the loan portfolio quality, and track key metrics like non-starters and frauds.
Branch Operations & Profitability:
Manage overall branch operations, including profit and loss (P&L) accountability and controlling expenses. Ensure all loan application forms and documentation are completed correctly and follow up until the loan is disbursed.
