Branch Manager

The responsibilities of this role include marketing and concept sales in both B2C and B2B segments. You will manage teams across various verticals such as marketing, sales, administration, and technical teams. Your primary accountability will be to ensure that the center operates as a profit center and to oversee all operations. It is essential to generate revenue through collaborations with colleges, corporates, and universities for the training business. Meeting center targets and deadlines is a key aspect of this role. As a leader, you will be expected to mentor and guide the team towards achieving their goals. Maintaining processes and reports is a mandatory requirement to ensure smooth operations. The key results areas for this role include month-on-month profit generation by efficiently running the branch and consistently exceeding customer expectations. The job location is in Bangalore, Jayanagar 4th block. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
