Role & responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

Branch Operations and Management:

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations:

    This includes ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the branch:

    This includes tracking key performance indicators, analyzing data, and making adjustments to improve branch performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers:

    This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer needs promptly, and building a loyal client base.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines:

    This includes understanding and adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Manage and mentor team members:

    This includes providing guidance, feedback, and training to help team members develop their skills and achieve their potential.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop new agents:
