Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient daily functioning and adherence to bank policies.
Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on cross-selling strategies and customer relationship management.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, resolving issues promptly and fairly.

4-6 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field.
Strong understanding of Branch Handling, Branch Management, Team Handling, Cross Sales, and Retail Branch Banking principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and conflict resolution.
