Branch Manager-PL/LAP

Location:Belgaum, Tilakwadi

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Oversee team handling, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase business growth through cross-selling of products like LAP, PL, Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, Housing Loan & Secured Loans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on personal loans (LAP), loan against property (LAP), mortgage loans, home loans, housing loan & secured loans.
Strong understanding of financial markets and regulations governing lending activities.
Excellent communication skills for effective team management and customer interaction.
