Job Description

-Provide strong leadership and direction to the branch team. -Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including brokers, relationship managers, and administrative personnel. -Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

-Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals. -Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase market share. -Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Technical Competencies /Skills:

-Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field. -Relevant experience in the broking industry, with a proven track record of success. -Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -In-depth knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements. -NISM Exam clearance renewal as per requirement.

2 to 5 years of experience in the broking field is preferred.
