Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, training team members, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring the branch meets its financial objectives.
