Job Description

Job Description: As a member of the team, you will be responsible for achieving contributed value targets set for the branch. You will play a crucial role in ensuring sales volumes for multiple products by sourcing quality underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while effectively controlling delinquencies and frauds. Your focus will be on providing a superior customer experience and managing TATs on credit processing. Additionally, you will work towards minimizing pre and post disbursal discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve contributed value targets set for the branch. - Ensure sales volumes for multiple products by sourcing quality underwriting diligence. - Provide superior customer experience. - Manage TATs on credit processing. - Minimize pre and post disbursal discrepancies. - Monitor branch performance in terms of key drivers such as Contributed Value, Volumes, Profitability, Expenses, Losses, Employee Retention, Employee Productivity, and Customer experience. - Monitor individual performance of each employee and continuously work to maximize productivity. People Management: - Motivate and develop the branch team. - Drive the branch team to excel. - Manage and mentor the team to keep attrition of branch staff low. - Conduct regular meetings with branch staff to provide open and honest feedback and ask for feedback.,
