JOB DESCRIPTION - BRANCH MANAGER Job Title/Grade: Branch Manager Reporting To: Regional Head Age: Upto 32 years Package: Upto 9 Lakhs (negotiable) Contact Person - Bharathi Raja HR Contact No - 9597742089 (Call Me) Principal Accountabilities Business Targets • Achieve branch disbursement targets for Housing & Mortgage Loans and insurance premiums. • Meet the branch's Weighted Average Yield target. • Drive portfolio growth for the branch while retaining existing customers. Lead Generation & Management • Monitor and guide Sales Officers across locations to ensure a consistent business flow. • Regularly empanel direct sourcing agents to secure steady business from primary sourcing channels. • Plan and execute monthly marketing activities for each location Manage post-sanction disbursement documentation. • Ensure customer satisfaction with all loans sanctioned and disbursed by Aham HFC. Team Recruitment & Training • Recruit and train Sales Officers, ensuring productivity levels align with company standards. Portfolio Quality Management • Oversee portfolio quality management and ensure timely closure of outstanding post-disbursal documentation • Manage post-sanction disbursement documentation. • Ensure customer satisfaction with all loans sanctioned and disbursed by Aham HFC. Team Recruitment & Training • Recruit and train Sales Officers, ensuring productivity levels align with company standards. Portfolio Quality Management • Oversee portfolio quality management and ensure timely closure of outstanding post-disbursal documentation • Manage delinquent accounts, taking necessary actions to regularize loans as required. Person Profile • Educational Qualification: Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree. • Experience: 8 to 12 years, with mandatory experience in Housing Loans.
