Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager in the Forex division, located in the Bhubaneswar area. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing branch staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business targets. This role also involves handling foreign exchange transactions, maintaining compliance with RBI regulations, and implementing company policies and procedures. The Branch Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of RBI regulations and compliance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage branch operations efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
