Job Description

Opening with a leading Insurance company for their office in Mumbai

Role: Branch Manager- FLS

Experience: 4 Years+

Role & responsibilities:

New FLS Onboarding & Process Adherence:

Lead the onboarding process for new FLS across the Direct Marketing (DM) channel, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to established guidelines and procedures
Ensure FLS understand and consistently follow organizational processes, systems, and standards throughout the onboarding and operational phases
Operational Discipline & Work Rhythm Management:
Maintain operational discipline within the DM channel by ensuring adherence to work rhythms and schedules
Monitor day-to-day activities of FLS to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks, meeting KPIs and organizational standards
Outlier & Performance Management:

Proactively identify performance outliers (underperforming or exceptional) and manage these cases effectively through corrective actions or support

Collaborate with regional managers to ensure that performance issues are addressed promptly and in linewith organizational goals with sales targets
Work with relevant teams to ensure that FLS are consistently equipped with sufficient, qualified leads drive conversion and sales performance
