Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager Field Sales located in Rajkot. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the field sales operations, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth. The tasks involve identifying potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the sales targets are met. The role also includes monitoring market trends, providing training to the sales team, and reporting sales performance to upper management.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Sales Management and Business Development skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the SME sector or with matchmaking platforms is a plus
  • 3yrs+ B2B experience is a Must.
  • Salary NO BAR for the Right Candidate
  • Immediate Joiner will be preferred
