Branch Manager

You are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of an automotive car showroom located in Ernakulam. With 4 to 5 years of automobile sales experience and proven leadership skills, you will lead the sales team, drive branch performance, and enhance customer relationships through effective management and strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day showroom operations, guiding the sales team to achieve sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, maintaining inventory levels, preparing performance reports, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and policies. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, have at least 4-5 years of experience in automobile sales with a minimum of 12 years in a leadership position, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and have a deep understanding of automotive sales processes and local market trends. A valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory, along with fluency in Malayalam and English. This is a full-time position with paid time off and a day shift schedule.
