Branch Manager

Purpose of the role:

• The position has been created to enable clear focus on handling branch team of Retail/Micro finance/New product team members to ensure sourcing & collection as per company norms and process and ensure branch profitability and branch portfolio is maintained at a High quality level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the Branch in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.

2. Build a high Quality Loan portfolio

3. Responsible to Achieve targeted micro finance members for the Branch

4. Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed

5. Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity for Micro finance/Micro LAP/HF/AGRI/New product

6. Responsible acquit ion of recurring deposit for the bank through eligible micro finance members

7. Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results

8. Handholding entire branch team to achieve desired targets

9. Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection

10. Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player

11. To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance

12. Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.

13. Responsible for training team members on product & handhold

Desired Experience:

• Number of years of experience (05-10 Years )
• Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large NBFCs)
• Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sales & Collection side in Housing Finance /Loan against property/Business Loan)
• Languages (Hindi/English)
• Computer/technical skills (Handy with Basic Microsoft office)

Qualifications:

• Graduation: (Any Stream)
• Post-graduation: (MBA Preferred)
• Professional Qualifications: Graduate & Above
