Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Trivandrum. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, attaining sales targets, developing strategies to improve productivity, and ensuring excellent customer service. The individual will also handle client consultations, provide support with student admission processes, and collaborate with universities and colleges to maintain relationships and agreements. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the education sector and overseas consultancy services Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions Familiarity with visa processes, admission procedures, and educational coaching methods Proficiency in software tools for managing operations and customer records Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Show more Show less
