We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Branch Manager to join our growing team for the Delhilocation.

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Rightways Air Logistics pvt ltd in Pune. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards. They will also collaborate with other departments to optimize processes, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will play a key role in driving growth and profitability for the branch.

Job Responsibilities

• Branch supervision & managing the team of more than 20 members.
• Experience in managing branch operations, optimizing operations & overhead cost.
• Periodic visit to customer & resolving customer queries.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Onboarding new transport vendors.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with Hindi & English.
• Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
• Review of Branch expenses & timely submission to Head office.
• Language to be known: Hindi, English

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate & Master’s Degree is must
• 4 -5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (Logistics Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Logistics Software will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the Logistics industry is plus

Languages Known: Hindi, English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Scale : 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA
