Branch Manager-Chalakudy

Ø Responsible for overall branch operations, performance & profitability of the branch.

Ø Drive & participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility

Ø Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion & branch growth. Increase business in other third-party products

Ø Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions & retention of old customers

Ø Conducting error free valuation & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance

Ø Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies

Ø Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections

Ø Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.

Ø Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.

Ø Maintaining quality & performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch

Ø Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.

Ø Responsible for correct valuation & maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
