Senior Accounts Manager-NBFC

You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and conducting performance evaluations. Your duties will include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as management reports. Monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes will be crucial in this role. You will also ensure compliance with financial regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal policies. In this position, you will liaise with internal departments and external auditors during audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries. Overseeing tax-related matters such as VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax filings will be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to develop and implement efficient financial systems and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining internal controls to safeguard the company's financial assets will also be essential.
