Branch Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Head

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving business objectives for the branch in terms of value, productivity, and volume metrics. Revenue generation through sales of CASA, assets, TPP of MF / LI / GT etc. through varied bank channels will be a key aspect of your role. You will mentor sales and operations teams and ensure YoY deliverables & growth of fee & non-fee income based products. Enhancements of standards of service delivery/customer service, complete branch administration & regulatory compliance, and overall product sales enhancement will also be under your purview. You will be responsible for ensuring quality parameters across service span and other deliverables, as well as managing overall productivity & morale of branch personnel.
