Job Description

You will be responsible for daily reviews with team members regarding projections of business and cross-sell, center meetings, and GRT planned/activity plan for the day. It is crucial to ensure the execution of the defined activity plan for customer visits by the team during the day. Additionally, you will be required to provide detailed supervision and monitoring of the branch, conduct huddles with the team, understand, and resolve pain areas effectively. Attending Center Meetings and meeting customers will be part of your routine tasks. You will also conduct Group Recognition tests based on the operating model and track as well as facilitate disbursements as planned for the day and month. Furthermore, assisting in Collections cases in higher buckets and working with teams to jointly visit customers in the location will be essential. Nominate team members for reward and recognition commensurate with their achievements and appreciate team members appropriately in internal forums as relevant. Ensuring critical parameters like leading to login are executed as per the matrix will be a key responsibility. Meeting customers regularly in the location and managing the health and quality of the portfolio as per defined targets are crucial aspects of the role. You will also manage the upkeep of the branch and all collaterals and seek support from the Product and Admin team as required to manage collaterals/soft facilities of branch hygiene and upkeep respectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of experience in 5S preferred **Additional Details:** - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher - Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund - Location: Madukkur, Tamil Nadu - Shift availability: Day Shift - Willingness to travel: 75% - Work Location: In person Please note that the major challenges you may face in this role include employee attrition, portfolio quality and monitoring, managing the portfolio as per defined targets, and ensuring compliance on all business parameters with zero audit findings for the branch. A minimum of 1-5 years in Microfinance JLG business, of which a minimum of 2 years should be as an Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager, is required for this position.,
