Job Description

Branch Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless loan processing and customer service. Sales Leadership: Drive business growth by developing and executing strategies to meet branch sales targets through dealer onboarding and customer engagement. Collections Oversight: Monitor and ensure timely collections, maintaining branch-level NPA within acceptable limits. Dealer Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with EV (3W) dealers to maximize business opportunities. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and collections team to achieve individual and branch targets. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, while providing timely reports on sales, collections, and branch performance.
